I am, Rochelle Lee, an independent Reward Consultant based in the UK. From working within a variety of Professional Service firms including FTSE 100 and Magic Circle Law firm, I’ve transferred my knowledge and expertise to offering outsourced Rewards and Benefits services to companies in high growth industries, as well as small and medium-sized businesses.

As an experienced Rewards and Benefits specialist I offer support to make organisations more resilient, motivate employees and maximise performance. Services include bespoke reward projects such as Job Architecture, designing Incentive Schemes and Equal Pay Auditing.

Having worked closely with Operations and HR Directors, I ensure the Reward strategy is continually updated to align with the business vision and culture.

I’m a pro-active, passionate professional, I thrive with ambiguity and creating positive solutions for what might appear to be complex problems. I take the time to get to know your company and where you want to be, working to bring you the best guidance, data, and value.

I work with a humanistic approach grounded in science. My background in Organisational Psychology and extensive research in the fields of Psychology, Sociology and Organisational Behaviour support my understanding of Human Resources with a people-centred approach.
