•Leading the annual salary review process and work with other teams to ensure the success of Workday Advanced Compensation initiatives.

•Organizing and aligning the salary review process globally with Workday Advanced Compensation.

•Communicating with stakeholders and advocating for the use of Workday

•Collaborating with cross-functional teams for training, guidance and to support business efficiency

Utilising excellent knowledge of the Workday suite with specific focus on Compensation, Benefits, Reporting & Analytics.

Applied understanding of integrations with external benefit providers and payroll processes.

Supporting in the configuration and implementation of Workday's Advanced Compensation module, including merit, bonus, and long-term incentive programs.
