Our approach

Principal Consultant

Rochelle Lee is a reward and pay transparency consultant with over ten years’ experience across reward, benefits and wellbeing in professional services and the public sector. She brings strong practical expertise in how reward frameworks operate in real organisational settings and how they are experienced by employees, managers and HR teams.

With an MSc in Organisational Psychology, Rochelle applies psychological principles to reward design, combining technical rigour with a deep understanding of people to create frameworks that are credible, trusted and meaningful — not just compliant. Having studied and worked in the Netherlands, she brings practical experience working across Europe and an understanding of differing governance and cultural approaches to pay.

Rochelle has extensive experience supporting job architecture, salary review and incentive redesign processes, including implementing structured frameworks where none previously existed.

Through Fa Shae Consulting, she works with organisations to embed fair, transparent and sustainable reward frameworks that support compliance, performance and long-term trust.
